Friday, July 25, 2008. Home of IM Canada. The next chapter begins. Summer has finally arrived. After my disappointment in Roth I am keen to get back into training. There will be no distractions here and my focus is only to get as fit and strong as I possibly can. Beautifully made triathlon clothing. My rollers are my toothbrushes! They come from Italy, and we all know about things designed in Italy! They’d be awesome for short course racing. Actually I like it- normally I race halves before my Ironman races, so I get very little taper- the Half isn't the goal- I need to train through. This time I got 2 weeks "taper"!
