Organic Soymilk. 20 Kcal - 1/4 c. carrot juice. 37 Kcal - 1 tbsp ground flaxseed. 104 Kcal - 1 banana. 62 Kcal - 1/2 c. Frozen Peas. 50 Kcal - 1 c. Frozen peaches. 50 Kcal - 1 c.
