People have asked what I use for my skincare. I use a gentle cleanser, a salicylic acid toner, then a serum and sometimes a moisturizer. Those are the basics. I wash my face with either Dr. Ron's cleanser. Or Made from Earth's cleanser. I then use either my homemade apple cider vinegar/witch hazel toner or Alba Botanicals Acne-dote toner. There is no one rosacea diet that is right for everyone, but some triggers might surprise you! You've probably read about avoiding red wine, spicy food, and hot food. Preventing flareups is the goal of treating rosacea since you can't cure it, and it's harder to treat a flare-up once it happens. If you're using one of the prescription drugs, like Metrogel. You have to use that even when you have no signs of rosacea. It's easier to prevent a flareup than it is to get rid of one. I have found that my diet.
