Picture of the Week: March 2009

http://iainbrydon.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html

Picture of the Week. Saturday, March 7, 2009. Anybody from Scotland.or anybody that has lived in Scotland for a while will more than likely have come across the names of Para Handy and The Vital Spark. The Vital Spark is a fictional Clyde puffer, created by Neil Munro and Para was the skipper. I'm guessing this is not the 'real' fictional Vital Spark (! But this is mine, snapped on the Crinan Canal at Christmas :-). Friday, March 6, 2009. Prayer flags.you find a few in Nepal.enough said!

Picture of the Week: February 2009

http://iainbrydon.blogspot.com/2009_02_01_archive.html

Picture of the Week. Saturday, February 21, 2009. A gull in flight. A wee change.this was one I took while trying to master taking birds in flight.not easy I can tell you that! I like the fact that its eye is in focus but the rest symbolizes everything great about a bird in flight.if that makes any sense! Saturday, February 14, 2009. A lone prayer flag. Saturday, February 7, 2009. Sunrise over Mt Everest. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). Stephen Gardner's 'Sketch of the Day'. Edinburgh, United Kingdom.

I'm a budding 'just starting out photographer' that is looking to use this blog site to obtain feedback from those that might well know more than I do about the world of picture taking.and let's face it that's not too difficult! Be nice to me.please. View my complete profile. Looking down on Thame.

Picture of the Week: December 2007

http://iainbrydon.blogspot.com/2007_12_01_archive.html

Picture of the Week. Sunday, December 30, 2007. Just a wee view from our recent holiday.click on the picture to see it in more detail. Our 2007 Christmas adventure took us to the village of Crinan. When we were not drinking we went for walks along the Crinan Canal. I'm told the canal was originally built for commercial Clyde puffers to travel between the industrialised region around Glasgow to the West Highland villages and islands and was designed in 1794 and completed in 1801. A Wee Green Hut. This was...

Iain Brownlee Wildlife Images: Welcome

Iain Brownlee Wildlife Images. Thank you for visiting my collection of wildlife and landscape images. The photographs reflect my travels over the last few years and my interest in nature. Wildlife photography often needs help from others. I am grateful to all the guides around the world who have shared their time, expertise and enthusiasm for these creatures. Without the support and often the protection of guides, these images would not have been possible. I hope you enjoy the gallery.

Iain Bruce - A Cowichan Valley Artist

To the mind of Iain Bruce. While most material here is current, some has been stored away for decades. Yes, prints of old sketches are still available and Iain can be commissioned for new projects including wood carving, concrete features, and all sorts of architectural oddities in between. Not directly related to my business, but the adventures on this page inspire me to create. I love to explore dilapidated old buildings. Rust, rot, and peeling paint. perfection. Alf of all net proceeds from these prin...
