Confessions of a Travelholic: Blue Angels
http://confessions-of-a-travelholic.blogspot.com/2011/08/blue-angels.html
Confessions of a Travelholic. Thursday, 25 August 2011. The Blue Angels visit Seattle at least once a year for SeaFair. They do their main show over Lake Washington, but they do fly-bys around the whole city. Last year I watched it the show from Lake Washington. It was loud and intense, but the weather was overcast so they could not do any of their most impressive fly-up moves. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile. Confessions of a Travelholic: March 2010
http://confessions-of-a-travelholic.blogspot.com/2010_03_01_archive.html
Confessions of a Travelholic. Thursday, 4 March 2010. I just returned last night from a 5 day trip to Hawaii. First time to Hawaii (State #42! One question that I have come across a lot at work and etc is 'what did you do there? When I start listing, or mention the fact that we drove over 900 miles during the time (the Big Island of Hawaii is huge, so don't stare at me), they are confused. "But this is vacation? Already itching to go for a hike, some new restaurants, see friends? When is the next trip?

Confessions of a Travelholic: Seattle glimpses
http://confessions-of-a-travelholic.blogspot.com/2011/08/seattle-glimpses.html
Confessions of a Travelholic. Sunday, 7 August 2011. I was grabbing some dinner one evening and eating it outside at the Seattle Center before heading to the opera. To my luck, the sun was shining in the perfect location to give me a bit of a rainbow. A rainbow combined with the Space Needle? What more do you need in life? Oh, I was also eating sushi at that time. Yes, now life is good. This photo is very simple, but I took it while wandering in Downtown Seattle. The tree canopies were in full stretc...

Confessions of a Travelholic: Hiking at Rainier and St.Helens
http://confessions-of-a-travelholic.blogspot.com/2011/08/hiking-at-rainier-and-sthelens.html
Confessions of a Travelholic. Thursday, 11 August 2011. Hiking at Rainier and St.Helens. This has got to be one of my favorite photos. I love the flower, bee and Rainier combination. The essence of summer. The photo was taken on the Goat Mountain. The following day we actually went up to Paradise to do some hiking (almost snowshoeing, does it count as snowshoeing if you're not wearing snowshoes but are slopping through super deep snow? This was at the start of a hike to Harry's Ridge. At StHelens. Un...

Confessions of a Travelholic: Reviews of Eva and Habesha
http://confessions-of-a-travelholic.blogspot.com/2011/08/reviews-of-eva-and-habesha.html
Confessions of a Travelholic. Thursday, 25 August 2011. Reviews of Eva and Habesha. A new exploration place for me was Eva's Restaurant. I would say it was love. The venue is delightfully small yet beautiful. The service was friendly and patient. The food was amazing. We started off with pate - which was great! I would most definitely return to this restaurant - perfect for a long dinner of wonderful conversation. Pardoning the horrible photo, this was an amazing dinner at Habesha. Là ci darem la mano.

Confessions of a Travelholic: December 2010
http://confessions-of-a-travelholic.blogspot.com/2010_12_01_archive.html
Confessions of a Travelholic. Monday, 6 December 2010. In an attempt to revilatilze my blog, I will try to post some about the things I have been up to - like cooking! I love cooking. most of the time. It seems more like I enjoy baking, which is problematic as I live alone and am not capable of engulfing an entire cake (most of the time.). This makes me ever so thankful for the times that I can 'dispose' of my food via others. As an example, for Thanksgiving dinner I cooked up THREE pies. Oh yes. No phot...
