Rodrick and I met in law school in 2002 and married in November, 2005. We began this blog in May 2007 to follow our first pregnancy and birth of our son, Miles. His little brother, Carter arrived on January 24, 2009. The finale, Jacob, made his appearance March 26, 2010. Let the adventure begin!

Monday, March 28, 2011. This weekend we celebrated Jacob's first birthday at River City Gymnastics. Very exciting! His friends played in the foam pit, on the trampoline, climbed the rope wall, swung on the rings, and walked on the balance beam. We enjoyed the day and are happy to have a 1,2, and 3 year old. Whew! We celebrated Rodrick's birthday with dinner with friends on Saturday (10/30) night and on Halloween, had a cook-out with the Thompsons and later trick-or-treated with them. Rodrick got a gift certificate for Rangemaster for a gun class (safety first! Me and Paige (with her reflective vest on; safety first! Miles; Hall, and Van Thompson. The pre-trick or treat meal.
