1 man 2 dogs random fickleness. July 30, 2015. I have been burned out this past week. I am tired. People were getting on my nerves. I was just donewiththat! So today on my day off I made a decision. I was not going to worry about what needed to be done. Get rid of the I only have two days to get all this done so I better hurry thinking! I decided to wallow in leisure. It may not be here on the calendar, but I feel it in my walks. I find my walks very meditative. The birds and flowers and insects. The crunch of the gravel and the bird songs get my mind to wondering. I was so relaxed and peaceful and content. I thought to myself this is me! If my age were seasons then I am in the fall of my life....

Well today so far has been a good day🙂 I woke up and took my sugars and they were at 164 and yesterday they were at 174. I can’t believe I saw these numbers I had to look twice. I have been eating different at supper the last two nights and it seems to be working! When I say eating different I just mean less and salads. I have been eating different for the last 3 weeks. March 1, 2013. 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese. 16 oz light sour cream. 8212;— I used regular sour cream it actually had 1 less carb. 1 tbsp black pepper. 1075 oz cream of chicken soup. 20 oz frozen cauliflower. My first thought was hmmmm I have less years to live than what I have lived. That is unless I live to be 100. With my family health record I do not see that happening.
