I had everything I used in this egg bake in the house already. 4 cups wild rice, cooked. 1lb mild Italian sausage. 1 medium yellow onion, finely chopped. 4 cloves garlic, finely minced. 1/4C sun dried tomato pesto. 12 eggs, whisked. 1/3 bunch parsley, chopped. 2 cups Swiss cheese, shredded. Tuesday, April 23, 2013. Ham and Swiss Stromboli. 1 package pre-made pizza dough (I use Trader Joe's). If you have time, this. Is the recipe I use for pizza dough. 3/4 lb deli ham, diced. 1 1/2C shredded Swiss cheese (please shred your own! 10-15 green olives, chopped fine. 1T finely chopped garlic (I use the pre-chopped garlic in the jar from TJ's). 1T fine ground Dijon mustard. 1tsp Italian herb seasoning. Olive oil -or- 1 egg white. Flour your work surface and roll out the pizza dough until thin.

We had a big month this month as Levi went on his first airplane ride and vacation to Big Sky Montana. We all had a great time and the weather was awesome! Although Levi didn't ski he enjoyed hanging with Nana, playing with Laura (he calls her Lo) and sledding with Papa. Levi loves watching his movie about Shapes.especially when he sees a circle. Of course some iPad time.

We spent the first week and a half up with my parents celebrating my dad's 66th Birthday and then I worked 3 nights and then we traveled to western North Dakota to see Great Grandma Milly and the cousins! We decided to head to Rochester on Sunday to visit Katy and on the way down Levi chomped on my pinkie (ouch) but he got another tooth! So nice to see his personality! He likes to cover his face with a blanket and then pull it off to surprise me! Needless to say it freaks me out. But he laughs and screams with delight! We also went to the Macy's flower show! He can say mama, dada, nana, papa for sure and then he can say just about anything else you ask him to say however it doesn't come out right. For example Geen=green, boo=Blue, Blac=Black,.he can say cut to cut his food or dig for the digger that shovels snow. He is very helpful and always wants a bear=teddy grahams 😀. Love that he can get where he wants but quickly learning I can't put things where I used to. In addition to the crawling he is standing and furniture creeping, my heart stops a little each time he lets go of the couch to sit down, but I'm getting much better! We are hoping the weather cooperates soon so we can take advantage of strolling outdoors! I am Mama B.

He currently has 10 teeth including some fancy new molars.anyway along with teeth comes poop right? He is a great kid. He had his 15 month appointment today.
