I thought i was gonna give up half way and walk but no.i ran the full 10km, swam (pretty quickly in fact) the full 1.5km and i came back with a good timing. its approximately 1hr and 28mins (i didnt time, i just estimated from others)? Pretty good for an amateur like me i thought! Another biathlon next year! H U G- from me.
