Working in a (mainly) geriatric practice can definitely have it's ups and downs. And having worked here as long as I have, you tend to become familiar with patients you see year after year. Poetic words have no effect. Brutal honesty does nothing. Reassurance and logical advice- hardly make a scratch in their spiraling world. Nothing makes sense. Grade and is getting a 4.0 in honors. I guess that is all for now, but I swear it won't be 2.5 years before I update again.
