Life in Cape Town. Monday, 28 January 2008. I've been gathering material for this post for the past 2 weeks but wanted to wait until I had some answers before I wrote so as not to jinx anything! I have been here 3 weeks today and I have a bank account, a car, a flat and a job! I'm pretty impressed with how easy it is to set up life from scratch! I'm sitting here listening to Alex Zane on the XFM breakfast show over the internet, getting my fill of good indie music! Anyway, I have LOTS of news for you!

I can hardly believe it, but the time to head back to reality is upon me (I won't be in England for a few days yet, but there'll be a lot of sitting in airports before then). As I sit in a gift shop in Anchorage, using their ancient machine and surrounded by cuddly moose, I'm hard put to think of anything really serious to say! Sunday, 16 August 2009. So, it's goodbye to the film collection. I'm feeling slightly bereft already. Though I can always go to the cinema a lot and decide on the next generation of DVDs.
