I am still running. On May 25, 2010. Temperature: Not sure. Around 60, probably. Location: around the shops at Hamburg. Gear: Nike , blue Nike. Felt: great until abdominal discomfort led to stop at Meijer. Then had to go home because I didn’t have time to finish the 4 miles. Thoughts: feeling “enough”. Next run: have a 4 miler and a 10 miler over the next two days. Not sure which one will be Wednesday and which will be Thursday. On May 9, 2010. Headed out the door for a 7-miler! On May 6, 2010.
