I’ve had nothing but problems upgrading from 11.10 to 12.04, googling it looks like a bunch of others are having the same issues. I recommend doing a fresh install instead. Like any upgrade there’s a risk, make sure you backup your data if your concerned. Use these instructions at your own risk. Find out what version of unbuntu your running. No LSB modules are available.
