Sunday, August 31, 2008. 310808 Nike Human Race. I had so many feelings today. I ran the nike human race. my feelings: scared, unsecured, disappointed, delighted, fulfilled. I have no confidence. no confidence on finishing the race. i keep imaging myself unable to finish the whole course and started walking. yes i have been running recently to add as my trainin fer the run but those running distance have yet reach 10k yet. so today was the 1st 10k i have run since 2005.
