The recent passing of Michael Foot, former leader of the Labour Pary, reminded us fondly a day photographing him, for Victor Gollancz, in his garden in Hampstead. The photo was subsequently used by The Daily Telegraph. At six o'clock out came Michael's wife Jill with a tray of TUC mugs containing Scotch. I'm the model under the letter M, above). Sunday, 14 September 2014. The Studio at 86b. I have not modelled since May, after I banged my head badly and had to spend a few days in hospital for observation. I suppose if I had to injure myself, summer was a good time to do it - I had to cancel only 3 sessions, and decline one or two more. Even so, 3 months is a long time and modelling again feels just like starting out as a novice again. The first session I had to cancel back in May was at The Studio at 86b.
