http://kt-space.blogspot.com/2009_03_01_archive.html
Teaching Ms. 'Bo. A Colorado girl with a Communications degree from Washington, attempting to teach in Texas. A teacher by trade, a student in life. Friday, March 6, 2009. I had two moments so far in teaching where I felt like I was about to lose my mind (minor cases of this feeling occur quite often, but these two occasions. The constant redirecting was about to push me over the edge one day in particular. I stood up, maneuvering through the sea of five-year- olds. You need your crown! And go running ac...

Monday, January 26, 2009. 8220;Now when I say ‘I have a dream,’ I’m not talking about what you dreamt about in your sleep last night or dreaming about a new bike… I’m talking about your dreams for your future- what you want to be and do with your life.”. Teaching Ms. 'Bo: December 2008

Teaching Ms. 'Bo. A Colorado girl with a Communications degree from Washington, attempting to teach in Texas. A teacher by trade, a student in life. Wednesday, December 24, 2008. I've made it through my first six months of teaching! At points I thought it wasn't possible, but now I am able to take a step back at Christmas, with some rested perspective, and look at what this experience has shown me so far. Truths and lessons learned:. A) Kids are dirty and have turned me into a germaphobe. Do eat me."...

Tuesday, March 20, 2007. After doing a lot of thinking lately about my blogging life, I have decided to make a change. Although its true that when it comes to blogging, writing, staying in touch, or anything in life, I generally have the follow-thru of Ichiro, but without the OBP (for those of you who can’t understand complex baseball references, or have any concept of common sense I am terrible at writing blogs continually). However, it is never too late to make a change, and that begins now. Each day t...

Just what the teacher ordered. Tuesday, October 14, 2008. If there is one thing about teaching that is predictable, it is that it will be chaotic. This week was incredibly so. Guitar shop employee: "I see you have a band aid,". Me: "Yeah, I'm a Kindergarten teacher." (hoping that would be enough of an explanation). So ringworm br...

Thursday, October 5, 2006. 20 years of cringing. 20 years of uncomfortable side smiles. 20 years of reading church signs. As a general rule, I have nothing against church signs. Inherently, they are fine. Put a message on them, thats what they're for. Invite people to come in, let them know the times of the services and so on. But don't put some flagrant, pithy one-liner on signs. Does it propel the kingdom to write "Get saved or burn in Hell" on signs? Larry the Cable Guy is so relevant right now!

The nomadic norwegian, the vagrant viking, a girl with a home in her heart. July 24, 2010. A Car Door Slams. I’m sitting inside my mom’s house, and for some reason, every time I hear a car door slam outside I expect it to bring someone I have been waiting for. But the weird thing is I’m not waiting for anyone tonight- no one has made plans to visit me. Humbly yours, skattebo. I would like to exchange links with your site annaskattebo.blogspot.com.
