The not so glamorous lives of Ian, Melanie, Logan and Amelia! September 05, 2012. Dinosaur Train Birthday Party Decor. Logan loves the "Dinosaur Train" so we decided it was the perfect theme for his 2nd birthday party. The house was taken over in lime green, orange, and turquoise with a few dinosaur pals around and it looked amazing! The 3 foot "Buddy" balloon was a big hit, it was about the same size of Logan :) My favorite decoration was the streamers over the window with the "Happy Birthday Logan!

The not so glamorous lives of Ian, Melanie, Logan and Amelia! August 03, 2012. Ate some cupcakes, opened some gifts and just had a good time. Dad and ana came down and were the 1st to play with logan on his new train table. He doesnt really like cake but loves m&ms, so he got an m&m covered cake, he liked picking them all off and eating them very slowly :). He found a dinosaur egg! My little girl turned 4 months old a few days ago, I cant believe how quickly the time is flying by. She went today for her checkup and shots, she is sleeping now, she gets a tad grumpy after her doctors appointments. I remember loving this period of time with Abram too, between a year and 18 months. So much personality busting out but not too much attitude yet. Lydia has more attitude than Abram did at this point. I don't remember him challenging me until closer to 18 months.perhaps I just didn't realize it was happening! She wore these for Palm Sunday.

These were actually sunrise clouds and I kept taking pictures as the sun rose higher. So many "God fingers"! I deposited him on the nearby creek bank. Curtis and I finally got to go mushroom hunting together and I was his lucky charm. He'd been out four times before and hadn't found anything. This time we found 13 morels!
