May 28, 2012. Visit from the Thomas Family. Oh man what a busy week we had with the Thomas family! Here are just a few pictures of some of the fun we had:. We went for a nice walk along the canyon rim. We went for a crazy windy walk through craters of the moon. Hudson thought this place was very cool. Joy and Eleanor inside a cave. More caves and a nice break from the wind. Hudson enjoyed being able to use his flash light. Ben at the top of a cave. Walking into town from our cottage. Such a cool landscape.

April 29, 2012. April was another fun and busy month for Team Toevs. Here are a few pictures of some of April's activities:. We got to meet the newest member of the Rush family. Welcome Syringa Summit Rush- born in her parent's bathroom (that was definitely not part of their birthing plan)! The beautiful mom and new baby (and big sis Cypress in the background). Evie could not refrain from touching him. How cute are they? Some sweet NY friends of ours sent Evie this adorable bench that she totally LOVES!

October 03, 2011. A friend of mine recently shared a very cute kids craft blog with me (link below) and I decided to try out the recipe for homemade finger paints for Hudson. This was cheap and SUPER EASY (two things that make me very happy). AND. totally safe for those kids (like mine) that always need to do a little taste testing. Here is the recipe:. 1/2 C corn starch.
