Friday, August 14, 2009. Summer time make it SO hard to stay on track with your diet, especially at summer parties! I get invited to a party, I offer to bring a dish for everyone to try. I make sure that I make something healthy that I know I can eat. Try this recipe the next time you are invited to a get together! 1 box frozen chopped spinach thawed. 1 can (15 ounces) white beans, drained and rinsed. 1 container (6 ounces) non-fat plain greek.
