Lula [Squid] as it is known in Kimwani the local language that is spoken on the island. Wow what a versatile creature. We went to Ibo Island to just get away from the hustle and bustle of our busy lives in the city and for some quality time together. That is exactly what we found. With a compliment of friendly, well trained and competent staff. Members that make you feel like one of the family. Ibo also has the best restaurant on this side of the equator.

Kayak safari travelers paddle the entire distance. The boss visits just before Indaba. Paradiso the third Villa – is almost complete. Where has all the time gone? Somehow missed last week they say time flies when you are having fun! I make any mention of the rains being over we have just had the wettest.
