Saturday, November 28, 2009. Days at "Ace of Hearts". A day out at Mt Hope for a picnic by the looks of it. These photos seem to date from the late 1920s early 1930s. I cant identify the people in them. I dont know who owns this house or quite remember where it is. But i think as a child i was there. I dont know what this building is but it looks like a one teacher school somewhere. My father went from Longernong to "Ace of Hearts" at Hillston, with his friend Bill Gamble. Dianes Naturally Handcrafted Soap. Luxury in a bar. My beautiful Shadow dog has died. April 26, 2015. After a relatively short time being picky about her food, then not eating much and then eating nothing really……tests showed acute renal failure, amongst other things. I chose to let her go peacefully and her vet came to our home on 24 April and she died with my son and I beside her. She was just that one special animal that some of us are fortunate to own or meet in a lifetime. She lives on forever.
