I know spring is a long time away, but something about pastels bring it a little closer. Plus, who says you have to put away all the best colors when winter comes? I am dying over that sweater and skirt. I think pastels are another way to be chic and feminine but not overpowering with color. Mix and match and you can never go wrong!
