I promised to let you know how I did on my last tri, and here it is, almost October. Good thing you're not on the edge of your seat. For the record: my time was only a couple minutes slower than my average. Mentally, I felt like it was 20 min. and falling. The bike was good - not amazing, but solid. I can live with that.

I remember that date distinctly, because that was the night I came closer to dying than, even now, I want to admit to myself. The brutal attack I survived that night forever cleaved my life into Before and After. I thought this would be the year that I could finally write about it, but I was wrong. MAKE THIS PIZZA NOW. 1 whole wheat pizza crust, ready-made. 1/2 lb. ground bison, cooked, sprinkled with just a touch of seasoning (we used Cavender's). Mushrooms that are sauteed with olive oil and S&P in the same pan that was used for the onions. 1 poblano pepper, coated with olive oil, roasted and chopped. 3 cloves chopped garlic. 4) Layer the provolone on top.
