I can see the trees. A bit about me. Smoked haddock with spicy tomato peppers. May 16, 2015. Today’s healthy concoction! Relatively quick meal tonight…. Smoked Haddock with spicy tomato and peppers. Two smoked haddock skinless fillets. Tin chopped tomatoes with basil. 2 peppers. I used a green and orange one. Handful of fresh baby plum tomatoes. Sprinkle of cayenne pepper. Sprinkle of flat leaf parsley. Squeeze of garlic puree. Chop all onions and peppers and sauté with olive oil slowly until quite soft.

Today I wanted to use up some left over roast chicken for lunch so thinking ahead I cooked some rice this morning so it was cold by lunchtime. Musings of a Working Mum of 1. Monday, 15 April 2013. What we did on our week off. So, it's the last day of holidays before going back to work. It feels like I've been off for a lot longer as we have been so busy. We had a small party for M's birthday at The Time Capsule. My homemade Octonauts cupcakes. I met my aunt and little cousin for lunch at The Byre. Then I went clothes shopping, which was lovely as I normally hate shopping, particularly when M is in tow. M and me went on the Strathspey Steam Train.
