The KVK at ICAR Complex for NEH Region, Jharnapani, was established in the year 1979 in Kohima district of Nagaland under the guidance of Dr. H.P.S. Arya, then Training Organiser, followed by Dr. P. Das, former DDG (Agricultural Extension) till 1988.
