The weather continue as bad as yesterday, sometimes it was raining heavily, sometimes it was so windy that the wind was strong enough to blow me away. Just another gloomy day. No entry further so this is the nearest shoot I could get. Hmmm I don't know what is this place called. I just know it's some icebergs on the way to Jökulsárlón.

Jökulsárlón is the deepest lake in Iceland with recorded depth of 260 meters at the edge of the glacier tounge. The lagoon began to form in 1934 when Breiðamerkurjökull glacier started to retreat and since then it has steadily been growing larger throughout the years. In 1975 the lagoon had an area of about 8 square kilometers but it has grown to be about 25 square kilometers today. The distance between Nónhamar and Jökulsárlón is 37 kilometers. Hof 2, Lækjarhús.
