Saturday, January 30, 2010. Andre and I visisted Ichiban for the first time. I had heard good things about this place in Baton Rouge, but never went. Hello Sushi seems to be the most 'known' place in Baton Rouge, although you'll see from my review it's not worth the hype. We went on a Friday afternoon after the lunch crowd and sat at the sushi bar, and struck up a conversation with the sushi chef. Overall Taste: 4.3. Overall Texture: 3.8. Overall Appearance: 4.3. Total: 24.4 (Above Average).
