One girl's life in Japan as a second-time high school exchange student. Sunday, January 4, 2009. Christmas and New Years. A pond in a big park near my house, beside a bread cafe that my host mother enjoys bringing her dogs to. I spent my Christmas in front of the kitchen table television with my host family and grandparents, eating sushi and Mos Burger fried chicken (similar to Kentucky-style) followed up with Christmas cake. My host father and his mother. A busier street with CAT rental shop to the left.

I'll be curious to see how it's used in the spring time. Because I live in a more rural area, there are all manners of growing things and quite a few garden patches and farms scattered about. So I figured out how I can graduate in 1 year, but it’s going to be a lot of work. Fall quarter, 21 credits. Winter quarter, 19 credits. Spring quarter, 19 credits. And then I’ll graduate, assuming I pass them all. (Which I probably will with flying colors, but that may just be my ego talking. Yeah, this doesn't look very fun.
