There simply is not another protein on earth that can completely mimic its functionality in food (trust me, I did research on it in college, and although we got whey protein to come close.it just isn't an egg). The one recipe I shared called for almond butter and I didn't have it handy, so I decided to try this one. I also modified it a bit and I will share the modifications in my version of the recipe below. To make the chocolate:. 1 cup Coconut Oil. 3/4 cup Raw Cocoa - invest in a good cocoa, it really does make a difference in the taste. Mix the PB filling:. 1 cup Peanut Butter. A pinch of salt.
