Daging masak negro Mat Gebu. 400 gram daging batang pinang, hiris nipis, cuci dan toskan. 3 ulas bawang putih*. 2 biji cili hijau*(*dikisar halus). 1/2 camca besar rempah kari daging. 4 camca besar kicap pekat manis. 1 camca besar kicap cair. 1 batang kayu manis*. 1 kuntum bunga lawang*. 3 kuntum bunga cengkih*. 2 biji buah pelaga*(*rempah tumis). 1 biji bawang besar, dihiris. 1 biji cili merah, hiris serong. At 10:00 PM.

Since the rice will be cooked using beef broth, this is the first thing we need to prepare. 2 ribs - cut into small pieces, request your butcher or the pasar-man to do it unless you have a chainsaw at home :-). 1/2 kg lean beef - cut into big dices. 3-4 inches ginger - slice. I did mine with skin on. 1 bulb garlic - cut the top exposing flesh, skin on. 1 Boil until tender. I use a pressure cooker for 50 minutes. Juice from a lemon.

I cook whenever I like. Cooking is my passion? Monday, November 5, 2012. Blend ice till smooth. Add milk/whipping cream. Add sugar to taste and powdered Milo. Add some water, and blend it again to ensure it mix well. Ready to be serve. Stir in a cup of milk, with a cup of white flour and an egg/two eggs. Cook over small fire. Garnish with honey and a small piece of butter or melted chocolates/nutella :). I made this last Raya Qurban. The seaweed and sugar were boiled in a pot of water till it dissolved.
