National Park Service Mt. Whitney. Summit of San Gorginio.just let me die! San G climbing party. Whew As of yesterday, the "Three Saints", the highest peaks in Southern California are officially checked off of the bucket list. What a great way to end the climbing year. Well, perhaps not the real end.yet! With each additional climb the drama continues to unfold. For Mt. San Gorgonio. San Jacinto climbing party. The top of San Jacinto with Mr. Bill. A name which will live in infamy for those three explorers.

National Park Service Mt. Whitney. One more hike down the tubes. We did our "night hike" a couple of nights ago. The purpose of this was a lighting and gear check. The eleven mile trip went very well, no drama, not even with Mr. Bill along for the ride. There was not a single rattle snake to be found! Too bad, I had "plans" for Mr. Bill! National Park Service Mt. Whitney. 7 and a Wake-up! MICA) I am very proud of him! Way to go Cody! As you can see, Mr. Bill even made it in the picture.again. That PACK.it is all stating to add up. I am currently at 21 pounds without food. A " field stripped. MRE and cliff bars should not add more than another pound or so. And don't forget the Jolly Ranchers. WoW - What a ride! In 2010 this electronic format may be much more suitable for my "Bucket List" than the two pieces of paper I seem to always be unable to find! Hopefully I will be able to locate this site, barring future "senior moments" of course.
