Sunday, July 09, 2006. Posted by karichen at 4:46 PM. Simple practicality and friendliness usually wins out in any thing designed, instructional or something else. Dont get too caught up in analysis but rather spend some time in formative evaluations. I think its like trial and error and see what you get. You're not going to get it right the first time so you might as well try it and learn from the mistake. Just a thought and suggestion. I igonored this step when I designed a storyboard in EDIT 501.

Friday, July 28, 2006. Kirkpatrick’s Four-Level Model of Evaluation:. Level1-Reaction: Questionnaires are used as the instrument to get reactions from the learners. Level2-Learning: Objective is used to measure a control group that has received the instruction. Level3-Behavior: After a few months conduct a follow up evaluation to determine whether the skills are being used.
