Kate tried to be helpful and get her own swimsuit on. It didn't work so well. Josh spent most of his time off catching fish in his net.

Wednesday, July 01, 2015. While Dad (and Savannah) Are Away, the Little Ones Will Play. The kids played a game of Monopoly.that lasted the entire day. And we had a painting party out on the patio. All the kids LOVED this, and ended up with paint all over, but it was washable paint, so it was all nice colored fun.

Friday, December 10, 2010. So I watched Studio 5 (a news show) yesterday and it had a speaker talking about how to make your home a safe haven. Make it peaceful and calm. And I have needed that for some time now. Too much grumpiness around here for me lately. So I sat the boys down last night and told them what we were all working on. I even made little stop signs that said "No yelling" on them to post in the house to remind everyone. They loved that and ran around the house posting them.
