Wednesday, March 18, 2009. So I went to. I actually went.and visited Northpark Theological Seminary. Can I just tell you how amazing it was for me? It was amazing for me. Morning started off fair enough but then panic when I thought I would be late. I was actually early and that seems to *never* happen these days when I attempt anything east of I-294, especially at 7AM. I did however make it and with relative ease.ok, enough about the drive. My notes from class here:. Romans 1:7 Martin Luther reference.

Monday, December 23, 2013. Parable of the hearers. This week’s Devotional Thought comes from guest writer Mark Dean. Mark is a former missionary to Santiago, Chile. Mark is currently a Bible Teacher at Midland Christian School in Midland, TX. For several years, Mark has been a student of Ray Vander Laan, a Jewish Roots Scholar. Weekly Devotional Thoughts: Two wrongs...
http://weeklydevotionalthoughts.blogspot.com/2012/06/two-wrongs.html
Monday, June 25, 2012. I Thessalonians 5:15 Make sure that nobody pays back wrong for wrong, but always try to be kind to each other and to everyone else. I have heard it said and have said myself, “Two wrongs don’t make a right.” There are so many phrases and truths that we speak in our lives that have such deep rooted Biblical ties. This passage shed light on the “two wrongs” phrase for me. Many times when I read a verse, it sends me to other places as well. As I watch TV these days and as I listen to ...

Weekly Devotional Thoughts: Avoiding extremes...
http://weeklydevotionalthoughts.blogspot.com/2011/11/avoiding-extremes.html
Monday, November 7, 2011. Do not be overrighteous, neither be overwise—why destroy yourself? Do not be overwicked, and do not be a fool—why die before your time? It is good to grasp the one and not let go of the other. The man who fears God will avoid all extremes (or will follow them both). At first glance, this verse confuses me. 8220;Do not be overwicked”? Is this saying I should have some wickedness in my life? Is this saying I will have wickedness, just don’t overdo it? But, “overwicked”? How many t...

Weekly Devotional Thoughts: July 2015
http://weeklydevotionalthoughts.blogspot.com/2015_07_01_archive.html
Thursday, July 23, 2015. Herelet me help you with that. This week’s devotional thought is based on a recent article I have written for the Crucible Project. Read the article from the mindset of how you lead others in their walk with Jesus. Where might you stifle others faith instead of guiding? What do you need to share of your personal walk that may help others to grow in Christ? Read the article HERE. To purchase Weekly Devotional Thoughts: Weekly Applications of God’s Word.
