I prepared this salad for school lunch today and think it turned out wonderfully and is well worth sharing. I'll give you the at home proportions rather than the somewhat larger amounts for when prepping for a couple hundred servings. All dressed up with spinach and tomato. 2 medium cucumbers peeled and chopped. Juice of 1 lemon.

Maybe because they're more like candy than cookies. And because they're quick and easy to make. Chocolate No Bake Cookies. 1/2 cup (one stick) margarine or butter. 3 cups quick cooking oatmeal. 5 Tablespoons cocoa powder. In a heavy sauce pan bring the first three ingredients to a rolling boil.
