Family and Community Services. Our Family and Community Services staff provide direct assistance, as well as information, referral and support to access government and community resources. We work collaboratively with local service providers and specialized provincial organizations. We assist families to understand and cope with hearing loss, to build effective support networks, to manage during times of transition, and to develop the skills to become their own best advocate.
