I did, however, recently lose 34 pounds which is the weight equivalent of my 2.5 year old son. Years ago I used to post our menus, but when Facebook became more popular and I stopped blogging and therefore quit posting our menu plans. I've had several friends ask me to share a few sample menu plans.so here are our last few weeks of menus. I'll post new menu plans on Sunday nights:. Sunday: Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Chili.
