Friday, April 28, 2006. Week 5 day 37. In other news Susan has started working out again, but the twins aren't cooperating and has been getting sore quickly. If she exercises tonight she'll have done 4 days in a row! I brought 2 more Stone Heads to the bed liner guys to spray. I intend to put them up at the front gate and call them the Gate Keepers. Tuesday, January 31, 2006. Week 5 day 30: Say Hello Dali. I'll keep y'all posted on that and whether I will use any or all of the supps anymore.I'll also measure tonight because I want to see if the creatine had any results after taking it for nearly 2 months. I rode it hard and I rode it proud for 30 minutes burning up 730 cals, water and coke gut sloshing the whole time(note to ease up on fluid intake before mounting equipment). The eats : homemade protein shake(need to experiment more on that one).

Saturday, December 31, 2005. End of C4, light my fire challenge. Anyway eating has been on plan. I wish I could spend more time outlining my excercise and eating but I have been extremely short on time. I hope to take pics and do measurements and get them posted on tracker tomorrow. Tuesday, February 28, 2006. Week 9Day 58 (I think). This is the reason cameras aren't allowed in the workout room. Susan snuck in there while I was trying to bench press a personal best and had just put the weights down. Wednesday, November 30, 2005. Week 8. 3sets of 6 reps or until failure. Shoulder shrugs 70 lbs. Front raises 32.5 lbs. Bent raises 32.5 lbs, 3rd set up to 35 lbs. Triceps kick backs 37.5 lbs. Seated curls 40 lbs. Triceps lying 1 arm extensions 25 lbs. 1 arm preacher curls 37.5 lbs. Reverse wrist curls 17.5 lbs. Actually I took all the reps to 8, except the bent raises(6 on the 3rd set) and seated curls(6 also 3rd set) and 1 arm preacher (6 2nd and 3rd set left arm). Pasture grazing ingredients for the day.

Saturday, July 29, 2006. Anyway it's the end of week 6, still have shoulders, tris and plyo to do, but I'll get it! Eating has been o.k., one popscicle 3 chocolate chip cookies this week and a bowl of ff reduced sugar yogert were this weeks splurges. I'm hoping to get to meet one of our own next week. Monday, October 31, 2005. Today was the start of week five in challenge 4. I did 3 sets of 12 in my routine or until failure. Here is how I did:. Leg Extension: 125 lbs. Leg Curls: 55 lbs first 2 sets, 57.5 3rd set. Dumbbell Step Ups: 27.5. Straight Legged Dead Lift:45 lbs. Seated Calf Raises: 75 lbs. I usually do ab workouts on Monday but will do them tomorrow, because I had to do some chores and wanted to get an early start. Eating was on plan, which was tough, because I was so busy. Thursday, June 29, 2006. Wait, it gets worse. OK grease pit diving was nasty. And man I have got to unass some cash and get the equipment to do this right and easier, but I didn't want to sink a lot into this endeavor if I can get waste veggie oil already collected for a buck a gallon. Like I said I need to do this the easy way. They say you get what you pay for. Well hell I ain't paid for squat but I'm sure getting my money's worth, at least in the hassle dept. The workouts: On week 2 and going strong!
