fabtoons: After show
http://fabtoons.blogspot.com/2015/03/after-show.html
Monday, 30 March 2015. Took my Lexi exhibition down this weekend. How time flies! Somehow got sidetracked and didn't get round to blogging these past weeks, and now it's over. The work looked great in the venue, such a lovely space, and I got very positive feedback. Such a good turn out at the launch – that night was really special. And thank you to all who made it to Kensal Rise at any time! It was a really fun experience. Might do it again if asked. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Now buy the book.

fabtoons: March 2014
http://fabtoons.blogspot.com/2014_03_01_archive.html
Monday, 24 March 2014. The last few days have been super comic-y, starting with Friday night's Gosh. Event at which Woodrow Phoenix quizzed Darryl Cunningham. About their working processes. I'd arranged to meet fellow cartoonist Jennifer Hayden. And family there on a visit from the States. Nick came down and we all repaired for a pint or two down Portobello. How gratifying that Jennifer swears as much as I do. Saturday saw a long overdue reunion of most of the old LUC gang at Oliver Lambden. Badass puss ...

fabtoons: Festivals and fears
http://fabtoons.blogspot.com/2015/05/festivals-and-fears.html
Tuesday, 12 May 2015. Last Saturday was the first outing of the Dessinators at a UK comic fair since CECAF last November. Sean and I did make it to Angouleme, but we seem to have spent the last six months in hibernation. Takeover 2015. I managed to produce a new mini comic for the event, as well as collecting my copy of A little Bit of Undigested Potato. Bad dream anthology from the lovely Keara Stewart. In Orbital or Gosh. A date for your diary is June 6th : make your way to Crouch End for CECAF 2.

fabtoons: August 2014
http://fabtoons.blogspot.com/2014_08_01_archive.html
Tuesday, 26 August 2014. A soggy Bank Holiday didn't dampen our fun as we celebrated the blessed Lucy and attended a poochy beauty pageant. 24 years ago Lucy made her appearance in a Carnival heatwave, but this time only Ned braved the relentless rain and got soaked to soca, while we chose the shelter of Spitalfields Market to coo over furry fashionistas - my personal favourite being Goldilocks and her three tiny bears for concept and cuteness. Now we all want a dog. S upcoming festival CECAF.
