Until that evening when my back started talking to me. Dagnabbit! DH says just to pull back and slowly add to my routine. Then, a couple of days later I pulled on my jeans and was able to zip them without laying on the bed (don't laugh, you know you've done it)! And the muffin top was. Long time, no shoes.
