Some of you may remember the set of self portraits I shot for. Some of you may remember the set of self portraits. I shot for milliner Apatico. Which also featured a beautiful dress by I Do Declare. Although I don't consider myself fitting for most Lolita clothing, I am in love with everything that I Do Declare designs. Research makes all the difference when one is looking to create something unique, and Kelsey's interest in history really comes across in her work. Brushes are from Dracovina-Stock.

Wednesday, December 29, 2010. New York Comic Con and Anime Fest 2010. This is long overdue! I didn't take a ton of pictures because I was busy the entire weekend with panels, presenting in the fashion show, and helping out here and there. Comic Con was huge and awesome. The Robot Chicken panel was my favorite, even though I was only there for about 20 minutes of it. Anyway, enough talk, on to the picures! Let's do a double-take! Haha, I didn't realize it was Dragonball print at first. Model for dolly kei.

keynotecraze: I Do Declare at DoV: Secret Life of Toys
http://keynotecraze.blogspot.com/2011/02/i-do-declare-at-dov-secret-life-of-toys.html
Wednesday, February 9, 2011. I Do Declare at DoV: Secret Life of Toys. Here is just a small sampling of what I Do Declare presented at Dance's of Vice: The Secret Life of Toys. The pink dress had a gorgeous saque back. Both looks were very intricately decorated with laces and other details. A lovely, ethereal look. The dress in the middle had an awesome chess print, and the dress on the right was blue and red velvet with a gold print on the skirt. All of the designs were gorgeous! Labels: I Do Declare.

The Gaijin’s Conundrum. March 23, 2010 at 11:18 pm Posted in fashion. These past few weeks I’ve been having a total love-hate relationship with brand. I go from daydreaming about a closet full of Innocent World and BABY to slamming my wallet closed in disgust &vowing away from the expensive things multiple times a day. Why do we do it? This is the gamble we take for brand, to look the way our souls feel (or maybe that’s just me – is my hippie showing? But who says brand is the only way to feel like that?

Wednesday, May 18, 2011. New Commission New Items. I'm back with updates, as promised! A piece I've been very excited to share is a commission for a customer who wanted something to match a new pink JSK they were ordering from Baby, the Stars Shine Bright, so I created a pink version of the Madeleine necklace. This version is made with gorgeous Rosaline Swarovski Elements crystal pearls (note the crystal bicone bead on the pendant, very different from the sample! And is accented with gold findings. Milles Choses: Crafting Archives: Alice Swap
http://roserieshop.blogspot.com/2011/02/crafting-archives-alice-swap.html
Friday, February 25, 2011. Crafting Archives: Alice Swap. About 2 years ago, I participated in an Alice in Wonderland-themed craft swap. The one item that I was most excited to make was a shadow box. The inside is filled with a hand cut-out Alice silhouette, surrounded by sprays of flying playing cards, and mounted on a checkered rose background. Out of the box. And inside the box, mounted on the wall. Favorite part, flying cards! What would an Alice-themed set be without a Mad Hatter piece! After making...
