A Runner's blog about . what else? Thursday, January 23, 2014. I had a small lunch when I got hungry- lunches are supposed to be small, right? But an hour and a half later I was still hungry. That seems to be happening more often these days. I didn't have anything else to eat at my desk so I got my car keys and went out to get something, anything, since my hunger seemed to be keeping me from getting any more work done. But what can you do? So this week, I ran. Sat: 4m easy, 8m tempo. As I said, pretty sad.
