At this point I was happy I finished but not to sure if I ever wanted to do this again! I did however only beat Ray by 5 Minutes. October 2010- Picton Half Marathon. Just a bad running day over all. Peanut Butter and Jam Breakfast Quinoa. Great alternative to Oatmeal. 1 Cup Unsweetened Almond Milk. 1 Teaspoon Ground Flax/Chia Mix. 1 Teaspoon Hemp Hearts. Combine together in pot on medium high heat. 1/3 Cup COOKED quinoa. A couple drops liquid Stevia. Cook until desired consistence, stirring a lot. I didn't even eat it all!
