My Elephant Thai Restaurant. 好吧！我很懒，都过了 N 久了，还没想好怎么写呢！ Address: Block C-G4, Happy Mansion, Jalan 17/13, Section 17. 周围的环境挺安静的，或许是周末的关系，所以，也没什么车，也无需缴付泊车费。 一进餐厅，感觉不错，招待员热情友善。最喜欢的是桌面上的小盆栽，给人绿意的感觉。 虽然开餐前，这个盆栽就被招待员给移走了（桌子不大）。 三个人的聚餐，一口气点了 4 样泰国菜，或许是欢乐的相聚，所以，. 味道香浓的Green curry，和在泰国吃的相比．．．当然还是有差啦！ 当下那个时光，食物是好吃的，让我想把他记录起来，下次再来。 那么，这，就对了。 爽口的 papaya salad ．．．虽然如此，这一盘的口味，确实不太合我，. 应该是其中葱的味道，还是调味的味道不太均匀，本身没有很喜欢。 有许多面子书的报道说，这可是致癌的蔬菜噢！你还敢吃吗？ 就好比有许多报道说，韩国的泡菜致癌。哈哈！ Vietnam Coffee lover 2014.

Tuesday, June 2, 2015. 烤箱 Milo cake 美禄蛋糕. 美禄蛋糕了 哈哈！（我自己都腻了 . ）. 基本上，一直都在尝试理解我家烤箱的个性（每个烤箱有自己的个性），如今似乎已经和我家烤箱合作愉快了，哈哈！所以烤出来的蛋糕也越来越成功。开心. 那个嘴巴很刁的亲，也称赞好吃哦，加上这一次的卖相更加像样了。 看看前两次的作品，这一次果然好了许多吧？（Orz . 我还真敢晒我的失败作品啊. 现在看来怎么这么恐怖？哈哈！）不过，正所谓，失败是成功之母，真是我的至理名言阿！ 发现蒸出来的味道不能和烤出来的相比，烤出来的蛋糕味道更加香浓，当然，烤出来的美禄蛋糕，感觉也比较热气。 面粉120g 1 Tsp Nano 发粉. 这一次，特意买了细糖，进行步骤2-4时发现，鸡蛋更发了些，可见用什么糖，是会有差的。（以后去超市应该只会买细糖了。）除了细糖，这次也更动了milo的分量，加多一. 1 把 Milo粉用三汤匙热水搅拌均勻。 3 加入糖粉。分兩次加入，然後搅拌均勻。 5 加入已经过筛好的面粉，也是一樣分兩次。 Vietnam Coffee lover 2014. 华欣 Day 2 - 瑞士农场.

Friday, June 26, 2015. 玩了蛋糕，发现没有打蛋器，蛋糕不够松软（接受太多类似评语）好沮丧的说 T.T. 玩了酸奶，做了 N 次，从一开始的惨不忍睹，到现在似模似样，还不赖 : D. 玩了馒头。。。目前还在惨不忍睹的状态之中。。。 xD. 燕菜没有理由会失败吧？印象中从小就会做了，就加水煮至燕菜完全溶化，. 加入自己喜欢的味道，白糖，等待凝固，就可以了。 虽然市场上有很多的燕菜粉，但是，我还是想尝试一下小时候做燕菜的感觉。所以，选择了下图的燕菜（胶状？）其实，不知道这样的燕菜和燕菜粉有何不同，有没有人有答案阿？ 现在就方便多了，不怕水量拿捏不好，导致燕菜凝固失败。 燕菜1包，白糖（随意），各种色素（我采用不同口味的汽水）. 1、把燕菜煮化后，加入白糖，熄火。 2、在容器里倒入燕菜 汽水（颜色调均匀）待凝固，倒入另一层燕菜，重复直到液体倒完。 结果我的4色燕菜成了下图的3色燕菜，还不赖！哈哈！ 汽水口味的燕菜，颜色鲜艳好看，就可惜味道有点清淡。 Wednesday, June 24, 2015.
