I Expect My Miracles. Monday, August 19, 2013. There is a new supermarket nearby so I went there and found some great deals and some nutritious food that my local supermarket does not carry. Transportation is much less expensive, too, so it is a wonderful discovery. I had fun exploring the new territory and could not possibly have seen everything that this huge urban supermarket has to offer. So I am tracking my nutrition and fitness in order to prevent a possible heart attack or stroke in the future.
