Wednesday, 7 April 2010. Down -2.2lb on last week. Happy with this given the Easter holidays. My eating is good but I know I could be doing better. Using the smaller dinner plate is helping (with portion control anyway). Need to plan a bit better. Need to eat more fruit and veg. Why, oh why?

Friday, 27 February 2009. Excitement @ the Gym. I went last night even though my energy levels were low (as a result of the tummy bug). Anyway, the excitement came in the form of 4 fully uniformed. Wednesday, 25 February 2009. I got to the gym last Friday and even made it into the health spa!

January 2009 I weighed 224 lb. January 2010 I weigh 202 lb. 1) Watch what I eat. 2) Plan my meals.
