Upstream: Oxford to Northmoor. Back to Main Page. Downstream: Dorchester to Abingdon. Getting to the Start. Abingdon is just off the A34 and has good access from the M4 (from junction 13) and the M40 (via Oxford). There are a few long-stay car parks in the town, but the most convenient for the Thames Path is on the south side of the river at either Hales Meadow or Rye Farm.
