If Ignorance Is Bliss. I'm so fucking tired of my stomach. So very tired of it. I love food so VERY much,. And yet I never know if what I am going to eat is going to set it off. I am so VERY thankful that so much of my body works. I can walk, talk, think, climb, sing, see. But my stomach, maybe my entire intestinal tract. That doesn't work too well. Life in my words. Monday, October 25, 2010. How to Prepare Fresh Pumpkin Puree. You can either back or boil pumpkins to prepare the pulp for puree. 1 Slice open the pumpkin and cut into large chunks. Don't worry about cleaning the seeds and membrane, when the pumpkin is soft you can easily scrap them off. 2 Place the pumpkin chunks in large kettle or sauce pan and bring to boil. Lower the temperature to a low boil and cook pumpkin chunks until soft. 4 Scrape off any remaining membrane. 1/2 cup brown sugar.
