I found my "tickle". Sunday, May 16, 2010. Throughout the weeks of school we had different activities and lessons for library class. We made some name cards! Class five with some puzzles THANK YOU! Putting the puzzle together. The first reading journal entry was Curious George. I gave them an example for their reading journal. We write out the title, author and writing a thought about the book. Bishnu coloring Curious George. He's a determined artist. The fifth graders are paired up with class 2 students.

I found my "tickle". Saturday, June 12, 2010. Farewell Day and Thank you Nepal! June 11, 2010. My farewell at Phaplu Community School. Today was a memorable day. We had a wonderful program with the students and teachers. I had received gifts, cards, khatas, flowers and many hugs. I had finished my work with Manisha and the library class. I found my "tickle". Thursday, January 21, 2010. First week at SIS in KTM. Shridiwa International School. SIS is the same school that two of my friends went for their schooling. There are 13 grades, playgroup to class 10. There are 280 students and its a English medium boarding school. I started at this school on Jan 18th. This is the school that I am volunteering for a month. My hours are 9-3:30 Sunday-Friday. On the second day I was in Class 4 and look what I found hanging on their wall, word bank!

I found my "tickle". Wednesday, October 28, 2009. First day of school. School started on October 25, 2009. During my first week I wake up around 6:30am everyday and we have breakfast around 8:30. We go to school together at 9:15 and arrive at 9:45. School's morning assembly is at 9:45 and classes starts at 10. First day of school with Manisha, Poonam (age 7), Lakpa (age 11), and Jangmu (age 11). On the second day I asked them their ages and where do they live? 10- 10:40 Free period. 2:45 end of school.
