Tuesday, May 16, 2006. My success story by Michael Richards. My whole life I had been out of shape and overweight. For almost 23 years I tried everything and just about anything to lose the weight- with no success. Recently I was able to find the determination and motivation inside myself to make a total lifestyle change and finally overcome my weight problem. By following a proper diet and steady workout regimen I was able to take-off 150 pounds- going from approximately 330 lbs. to 185 lbs!
